The Ontario Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (OAAIC) administers admission to membership for Candidates who reside in the province of Ontario..

First year candidate members receive a discounted fee for their first year of membership. The membership billing year runs from October 1st through September 30th of each year. (this rate does not apply to former members wishing to reinstate)

The Ontario Association is comprised of 14 chapters, membership fees will vary throughout Ontario based on the geographic location an individual either works or lives. Please note that if you reside in Ontario and join the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) you automatically become a member of the Ontario Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and one of its local chapters. Membership dues consist of AIC dues OAAIC dues and Chapter dues.
