Loan Underwriting, is responsible for providing
support to the loan originators for the assessment and structuring
of new commercial mortgage transactions. The Manager, Loan
Underwriting is responsible for gathering, reviewing and critically
assessing borrower and property information provided by clients
and loan originators. This necessitates developing an awareness
of the client and company, industry, regulatory issues, relevant
economic/political trends and client needs. In, conjunction
with the loan originators, complete new business applications
for submission and authorization by Risk Management.

Manager, you will provide comprehensive real estate acquisition
and advice necessary to acquire property rights for large
individual capital infrastructure projects (roads, water and/or

Your responsibilities will include: participating in property
