AACI with 30 years experience seeking appraisal positon in GTA, either as an employee or subcontractor. Experience includes all types of urban real estate, including 21 years in the Toronto area.

I have a comprehensive knowledge of appraisal; can carry a heavy workload; and, if left to my own devices, am an efficient worker.

I am a senior-level appraiser and am not interested in being trained or re-trained. I will complete my own style of report on your letterhead.
